Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized EU courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
